2. Prepare your holiday message! Create your own or choose one of our ready-to-go versions!
   
   
3. Request a sneak peek* of your e-card! Simply send us an email with the following information
   (Tip – copy and paste the five items below to ensure you remember each item):
      a. Name of chosen e-card
      b. Holiday greeting of choice (paste in email or attach as a word doc)
      c. Company logo on a white background (jpg or gif file format please)
      d. Ideal e-card broadcast date
      e. Approximate size of your database/list* to receive the e-card



4. Finalize your order! Your e-card will be scheduled to run after you:
      a. Approve the sneak peek
      b. Send us your database/list* via email
      c. Send us payment (cheques only) – See rate card below



5. Gain insight into delivery success! One week following the delivery of your e-cards, we’ll let you know how many of the cards were opened! Plus as a bonus, we’ll also tell you what email addresses bounced which gives you the opportunity to “clean” your list for future mailings.

*About the Sneak Peek – Your e-card sneak peek will be delivered to your inbox within 48 hours of your request.

*About Your List – Your list must be a permission-based list – i.e. it’s a list you own, it’s a client list/customer list/ subscriber list, etc. Your list should be sent to us as an excel file with only the following fields: first name, last name and email address only). Your list will be kept confidential and secure – see our policy.

RATE CARD – includes custom preparation of your e-card, a pre-broadcast sneak peek, a broadcast to your database & a report on delivery success! (In Canada, applicable taxes apply)
