For many of us,
finding time to read novels in the ‘traditional’
book format is tough. But reading a novel via a series of emails that are sent directly to our inbox, now that’s something that fits our lifestyle.
I’m hooked on the concept and I invite you
to get
hooked too! And I'm intrigued by the potential this may have for email marketers looking to build and enhance customer relationships through added value. We’re talking about uncharted territory and a new way of thinking. Innovation in the inbox - that’s the
focus this month!
Enjoy the read!

Innovation in the Inbox
Two inventive
writers have recently authored an online mystery novel that
introduces an innovative way of using email.
The story
itself - about a journalist investigating a cult in California
- is told through emails written by the characters. But instead
of reading the emails in a book, you purchase the mystery
online and the emails are delivered to your inbox. It's as if the characters are cc'ing you on the emails they send to each other. It takes about three weeks for the mystery to unfold and since you can't turn the page to find out what happens next, you anxiously await the arrival of each email!
To
consider the potential marketing opportunities or to sign up for a complimentary preview of three emails, keep
