Hi, In our November
2004 e-survey, we asked recipients to rank their top 3
e-marketing priorities. Second only to “increasing sales”
(surprise, surprise) was “driving web site traffic”.

already well known, this issue of Expresso explores what happens
next! What happens after you strategically drive traffic to
your web site? If you consider findings like that to your
